Thank you for re-delivering my order after I fell asleep due to jet lag.

The dansak didn’t have any flavour and the chicken was chewy and didn’t taste nice. The korma chicken was nice but again not much flavour. I normally order from Monsoon and always have a lovely curry. I think it just depends on what day you order as to what chef is on.

I ordered food to be delivered at 9:30pm, but received a message saying it was delayed. The food did not arrive until 10:30pm.

Perfect curry. Madras was delicious and so was dupiaza. Will order again

Having just mover to the area, and being curry lovers, we were looking for an Indian to be out 'regular ' This was our first visit to Monsoon. Started well with popadoms and drinks arriving promptly at our table, and our order taken for main meal. That is when everything went downhill. There were only 4 other tables occupied in the restaurant, but we had to wait 45 minutes for our meal. We were not the only ones getting fed up. Needless to say, if this is the quality of service when they are quiet, I hate to think what it is like if they get busy. We will certainly not be making this our regular, nor will we be visiting again. Priority was definitely being given to take away orders, at the expense of seated customers.
