Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI mobile ordered the new oreo shamrock mcflurry and it didn't have the oreos, it wasn't the right size, and they just put mint syrup on it without even mixing it. I asked very politely for a refund online as I ordered via the app, and was rudely said that I would only get a refund if I returned to the store. The guy I talked to was just rude. Don't come here if you want to ruin your day.
He waited for Curbside for over 15 minutes. The staff showed on my car and made fun that I did not know the new directive to pick up orders (you now seem to go very smart during the pandemic lol). When I finally got the food, the lady made sure that I know what my food was for. very long? and was extremely rude. I work at McDonald's sucking, but that's not a reason to be mean to order people.
The people who work here are pretty rude. You didn't even tell me my sum on the window. No one said thank you and everyone I spoke gave me the impression that I was harassing her. Customer service is terrible.
Regarding breakfast, note that although they finish breakfast on 11 they will not serve breakfast unless you order before 10:45. I came to the drive at 10:50 and was told that she no longer served breakfast. You should also have breakfast when it is 10:59, but nope... Lunch is served immediately from 10:50. I was very disappointed because this is not the first time. What happened to breakfast??
Open 24 hours has 6 workers hanging out inside but they?re not serving right now because ?we?re not good? that?s the explanation I got. Pathetic.
