The food, service, and prices were all quite good. It's more of a family dining spot. The frozen margaritas were standard, typical of what you'd find from a machine. Overall, it's not a fancy place—just average.

The staff here are truly exceptional! The food is fantastic and consistently meets my expectations every time I visit. Whenever I walk in, I’m greeted by smiling faces all around.

The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant was clean, the dishes were delicious, and everything was served quickly. I would rate it a perfect 10/10! The prices are reasonable too. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We've been dining at El Azteca since we moved here in 2012, when our kids were small. The wait staff was always accommodating, allowing us to modify our orders to suit our picky eaters. Now our kids enjoy their regular meals and can’t get enough of the chips and salsa! The food is consistently excellent, and the service is superb. Many of the staff have watched our children grow up and often stop by to say hello. We've also seen several of the staff develop over the years! The restaurant offers plenty of space and easily accommodates large groups, all while ensuring that families with children can enjoy their meals without disturbing guests seeking a quieter atmosphere.

Always come down here when I'm in the Richmond area. Flavorful food, quick service, and helpful staff. Plenty of choices for vegetarians and non-veg, alike. Dishes were too large for most, who had them packed, but apparently there was enough room for the churros. I understand that they were wonderful, although I wasn't fast enough to try one.
