It was terrible. we were almost 4 hours there to pay
Our party arrived on time for our reservation which was made for 4:30pm......the front desk host stated that there would be a 35 minute wait and we would be seated according (no apology. Well, 35 minutes turned into an hour. Not happy. Our name is called (yelled out in the waiting area and then the hostess attempts to squeeze 6 'grown ' people at a table that already had 5 people. The look on my face was enough for her to know we were not going to do that.....I mean, really? We have just waited over an hour and now you want to crowd us at a table? I think not. So the front desk host seats us at an empty table. It took almost 4 hours from arrival to our meal completion. The only saving grace was that our server and chef were great and the food was delicious!!! Why give your guests the opportunity to make a reservation when the time is not honored? That needs to be addressed....and please purchase portable restaurant pagers (Houston 's and/or utilize a text message system (ex. Yard House for you guests to be notified as opposed to your host/hostess yelling through out the waiting area...really? For the amount of money your establishment charges some improvements are necessary to keep guests coming back.
Chris our cook was very amazing, we waited longer than usual but he make up for it with the jokes and cooking.
Love the service with Sheldon being our Waiter it was almost like he was ready our mind thank you
