Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI've been to some of the locations in atlanta and that's the worst. in any case, they need some customer service training. actually, all the other places are great. they listen to you and they welcome you. I ordered 3 sharp chicken avocado pits and the way they were thrown together was unacceptable. we could barely eat them. they were soggy because of the soaking from the huh. after the first pack I asked the herrn not to put so much sauce out of the chicken and he did not listen. they did not spread the spreads like the people. the beats were not spread, so when we tried to eat them, they got a mouthful beat. I opened the pita and eat it like an salad. I ordered an extra for the next day and it was unusable from all the sauce. I will return to cava only not this situation
First time here. Had a delicious and healthy salad and it was one of the best salads I've ever had. My only complaint is there could be a little more selection in terms of salad ingredients but that doesn't impact my rating. Will definitely be back.
I would recommend staying away if you are in a hurry, or have a limited window for lunch. Ordered online but had to wait 1hr after arriving. Saw 10+ customers have their bowls made, sat down to eat, and finish before a staff member gave me a cup for soda. Not sure if they were out of something, since I wasn’t offered any alternatives and it was hard to get anyones attention. After all that using my lunch break waiting, the portion sizes for protein and grain were very small. 2 stars because the flavors were good.
Very upset.I used UberEats to order my lunch and hour before I wanted to eat it. I thought I planned ahead well enough to have my food by the time it was my lunch break. My driver waited over 35 minutes for it to be done being prepared. I waited 100 minutes for it to be delivered so I can actually eat. I really should’ve just cancelled. But my driver was be super nice and communicating well to me. Sadly, I didn’t eat during my lunch break.I’m so disappointed with Cava’s level of service. You would think that ordering an hour ahead, that your meal would be ready for your driver to be able to pick it up and get it to me. Even if there was a lunch rush at 11 when I placed my order, it shouldn’t have taken this long. I even called to just check in to see what the hold up was, NOBODY answered. Clearly the staff today does not care about their paying patrons and answering the phone.I have heard amazing things about the Cava in NY from my friends, so I was excited to try it out. I don’t care how good something can taste. Waiting this long for food when you’re paying $20 for lunch is unacceptable. Ideally, it’s nice to eat your food during your actual lunch break. They get one star for it actually tasting good.
The food is good, but the harrisa chicken is no joke spicy. They’re a bit slow and it looks like they need to hire more. The juices taste good especially the mint lime. Wish they had more bowl options to try other than making your own.We also tried the Greek pita and it was good ??
