I'm pleased to say that my faith in KFC has been restored! I had to make a 100-mile drive to Indiana to enjoy fresh and delicious chicken, but it was definitely worth it! Yum!
I waited at the drive-thru tonight for my food order, and while I understand that businesses can be short-staffed, it's time for restaurants to get organized and start paying their employees better, especially since they are charging so much for the food. Waiting 37 minutes in the drive-thru just to receive my order is unacceptable. I won't be coming back here for dinner anytime soon.
KFC needs to teach there employees respect. First off I didn't get what I ordered. My fault for not checking before I left. Called them and told them. Some young man answered the phone. Wednesday Night June 8th. How disrespectful to hang up on acustomer. I called back but no one answered. Not eating there anymore. Ate there again. What a mistake. Order on line got thefood home and it was like they just took it out of the refrigerator. Very cold. And Biscuits?? Haha what Biscuits!!! Did get 30packs of honey though. Absolutely worse place I have ever been to. KFC you suck!!! Only gave one star because you couldn't giveminus 5 stars!!!!
Ordered chicken tinder basket. Worst meal ever. Would have been better to went to dairy queen and got a chicken strip basket. It was very disappointing.
