Clay Pit - Austin

Before going to Clay Pit, I was not a fan of Indian cuisine and only went because of a work event. However, after dining at Clay Pit, I have become a passionate lover of Indian food.

I highly recommend the Sunday buffet at this restaurant - it was fantastic! The staff were friendly and the food was delicious.

Upon our arrival, the restaurant could not locate our reservation that had been made through OpenTable. We were informed that they had not been working with OpenTable for the past three months. Despite our surprise, we were told that we were only the second customers that day who had made a reservation through OpenTable. We were informed that we would have to wait 45 minutes. We decided to wait and proceeded to have our meal. Can someone clarify who is correct in this situation - OpenTable or Clay Pit?

Wait staff really friendly and fun. Food always great. Had a great time.
