Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWe popped into the pub for a late lunch on Black Friday. It was the perfect time as the restaurant was only half full. The servers were attentive, with each one seamlessly switching between serving tables and tending to the bar. We started with the fried pickles, which were delicious and generously sized. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich while my husband tried the special of the day, mac and cheese with chili. My sandwich was tasty, but I felt it lacked the expected level of spiciness for a dish with such a fiery name. My husband enjoyed his meal and found it to be very filling, ending up with leftovers to take home. I noticed that there were several vegetarian options on the menu that I would like to try on our next visit.
Cora and her staff were fantastic! The Philly pizza was delicious and went perfectly with our expertly made drinks. The pull tab games were surprisingly successful, but unfortunately, the Ohio Lottery keno machines were not as lucky. This was our first time at the restaurant, and thanks to Cora's warm hospitality and efficient team, we can't wait to come back again soon!
See I've been here a few times. I live close to the Avon bar. An never had a real bad experience. Till Labor day weekend that Sunday night. I thought maybe not the best time to go but they were crowded. Anyways it was a struggle all night to get a drink, order or whatever. There was three employees working. Each one came by at least once an asked us for something we'd tell them an they would walk away an forget. Ordered the Gouda mac an it was different. Not sure if it was just me or if there doing something different, using different cheese. I don't know but it was blah an bland it's tasted like plain cooked pasta.
I think I found my favorite beer on draft here a couple days ago. They had this hazy IPA from a local brewery in Cuyahoga Falls. Delicious!! I really enjoyed this location. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Only complaint would be for no pool table at this location. Space is limited, so makes sense.
My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch on Labor Day. Truly enjoyed the patio, as well as the pizza and mac and cheese. Most notable however was the smiling service provided by Kaitlynn S. She was an absolute delight, and both of us look forward to seeing her again at our next visit!
