Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTried several times both yesterday and today to reach literally anyone in the store. Cafe, bakery, front desk, optical, tire....no one answers the phone. It's ridiculous it will ring 5-6 times then just stop.
We found we had a flat tire while we were getting gas at Sam's Club in Avondale, Arizona. We took the car to the Sam's Tire Center and explained what we were hearing, but didn't quite know the cause. They had the car on a lift within 10 minutes. Identified the cause (screw in the tire), fixed it in another 10 minutes, checked the other tires and presented us with the bill......Zero cost! When I saw the receipt, I thought it was a mistake, but was told it was free to Sam's Club Plus members. The staff was so efficient, so polite, and very friendly. We are very grateful. Thank you Sam's Club Automotive department!
I went to Sam's Club to do some shopping. I asked the pharmacy if I could get my COVID Booster at 1:15, but was told I would have to come back at 2:00 because they were going to lunch. During the wait, they just stood around and did nothing. I was not very pleased with the service.
Avoid ordering through mobile or Spark delivery from this restaurant! The employee working on May 26th was completely unhelpful. She couldn't provide any information on order statuses and left drivers waiting in the parking lot for over 45 minutes. Customer service phone calls go unanswered, and it seems like she was intentionally stalling until closing time. No one takes responsibility for the poor service at this establishment. Stay away from this place!
It's obvious that front end management has got to get retrained and reminded of what they should be doing. I am a frequent shopper here and the majority of the times I have seen the front end managers just talking with each other or on their phones standing around people watching all while their employees deal with so much. Hope things change.
