Very nice discovery! I was following the opening of this restaurant on the networks and I was looking forward to seeing this place of my own eyes and enjoying the kitchen. I wasn't disappointed! from the appetizer to the mignardises everything was excellent. delicate, fine and surprising tastes, but also pleasant new flavors. I enjoyed the development of alsatian products, my favorite dish being the red cabbage declined with the caille and the juice in the hay. Congratulations to the cooks. On the side of the service, nothing to say either. a refreshing and very good home aperitif, very fair wine-metal agreements (especially with sylvaner nature), a subtle presence without being oppressive. Congratulations to room staff. Don't forget to taste cheeses, there are also nice local surprises. I can only recommend this restaurant, and I wish it the best!

An experience. live! The dishes blend harmoniously and, at the end, impossible to know what we preferred so much everything was exceptional. ... not to mention the setting, the atmosphere and the beautiful reception. carole bravo for this new slate wonder!

A sublime experience at all levels! First the setting: a spacious room, tastefully furnished, pleasant to live. Then the welcome, charming and stylish. a competent staff, of good advice, present at the right time without being omnipresent, the evening takes place on its own. and especially the kitchen: original, inventive, talented! an explosion of flavours in the mouth, delicate, surprising, but without any fault of taste, and wines in perfect agreement with the dishes offered. short, a beautiful evening, and memories full of eyes and mouth.
