Absolutely sick and tired of this locations. Beyond garbage food!! I have been using this location for years and it just keeps getting worse. Spend over $40 for breakfast for the family and i was missing 2 hashbrowns, no bacon on any of my sandwiches and the coffee was burnt and not made right. Tired of calling the store about my orders and service. I receive nothing but attitude like it’s my fault. Doesn’t matter if it’s during the week or weekends. Absolutely horrible service. This Tim Hortons location is okay but the interior could use a new renovation and there's broken tiles where people can easily trip over and their seats that are heavily worn out and haven't been fixed I don't know maybe since 2020 but even then the seat still looked broken the customer service could be better and the food is like every other Tim Hortons Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Management needs to do better. I just waiting 15 min for a wrap. 1 wrap nothing else no drink no more food a wrap that takes literally 2 min or less to make. But here's what the issue was. The place was slammed and there was only one person on sandwich bar for the front and the drive thru when there's supposed to be one for drive thru and one for front of house. So I asked to speak to management and nicely told her how unacceptable waiting that long is. Her response is we are understaffed, well then I asked what it was that she was doing that was so important why she couldn't come to the front and step it up and help her response was nothing. I proceeded to let her know that she doesnt need to be out front all the time I understand there's more to being a manager then helping out the front but when it's busy step it up help your staff. I'm sorry but for less then $17 bucks and hour and the way these places treat their staff it's no wonder they are understaffed. Poor girl on the sandwich bar looked like she was gonna pass out from exhaustion because no one was helping her. I'm a business owner and the way these places treat their staff is disgusting... Too add I'm not interested in sending off any emails or calling head office I wrote my review there's no need for me to do more. If the owner is reading this it's your job to fix the mess this place has become. I have never not once come to this location and had it ever go good. The employee working here named ANNA was too rude, i was asking for my order and she was totally ignoring it. She doesn't supposed to work here with this attitude Service: 1
