Papa John's Pizza - Barry

Initially ordered a delivery at the rugby day, but the delivery time did not correspond to the expectations and had to cancel the order that the manager offered me £10 credit in the store due to the inconvenience, but some days later reordered and had a problem online, where there was not the discount that I louise contacted the manager of the Barry shop, who told me that she would not be able to order this. we all make mistakes and mistakes happen, but the way louise treated me when the dinge went wrong was excellent and therefore kept us as a customer! P.s our order of them last night was spot on and delivered very fast thanks

The delivery is always quick, and the staff are consistently polite and helpful.

I was served immediately upon entering the restaurant. A very friendly girl with multicolored hair was incredibly helpful. When I mentioned that it was our first visit, she was excited for us and encouraged us to try all the dips. From now on, we'll be getting our pizza here!

The food was fantastic, and they called me to confirm the address beforehand to ensure that the driver wouldn't get lost and that the food wouldn't arrive cold. Excellent service and delicious food!
