O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Bartlett

Please do not waste your money at this place! Horrible food and service! There were several servers but not a lot of customers so it should have been easy. Order was taken wrong. They brought out our appetizers after the food. The food was bland or just nasty! These cannot be famous chicken tenders! This place should be closed down immediately.

Good food and packaged wonderful for delivery! The men loved the burgers and tenders! I absolutely love the bourbon glazed salmon!! It's my favorite thing to get????????????

Hard to find a simple, small lunch, and I know this restaurant serves great meals. A fantastic waitress took my request, though I had not found it listed. We all had a great meal.... AND...the finishing touch of that meal was that great sense of humored waitress brought me one of the children's coloring pages...because my small meal came from the children's menu. ???????? A nice meal in a friendly atmosphere, with great servers, great food, and great prices. Always a great stop for a meal!!

Took 15 mins to get seated. No hostess. Just workers walking around looking at me. Finally a manager walks in and past us and tells one of them to seat us. The worker literally turned around and walked off. 5 mins later a different person comes and sits us. Food took 30 mins not to bad but my steak was the flattest over cooked peice of steak I ever Seen. I wanted a medium well steak they came back with a medium rare. Didn?t eat it. Salad was bad. Croutons were stale and Looked like the bottom of the bag due to the amount of crumbs. The server was nice but I wtnessed A table over they had to literally get there own refills and they also complained about their food

They definitely were short on staff as we had to wait for a table despite there being many open tables. Our server did an outstanding job though as our foid was brought promptly. The tater tots were good, nice and crispy on the outside, but my burger was undercooked. I had asked for a bacon cheddar burger, but was not told until it was brought out that they were out of bacon.
