I've been disappointed by KFC in recent years, but this visit was a pleasant surprise. The customer service was good and the food was generally tasty, although it could have been a bit warmer. I suspect that, because they weren't busy, some of the food may have been sitting in the warmer for too long rather than being freshly made.
Although not the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant, it is clean. However, it is old and dated, giving it a slightly grubby feeling. The brown color scheme may be a factor in this. Unfortunately, the app was not working for me so I had to use the self-service computer, which was painfully slow and frustrating. On a positive note, the food was good and the staff was very helpful. I needed assistance carrying my tablet and without hesitation, a worker helped me without needing any explanation. As someone with a disability, I really appreciated this kind gesture. The staff at this restaurant is friendly and eager to assist.
The dining experience was enjoyable with plenty of parking spaces for easy access. However, there may be a waiting queue to access the restaurant, which is actually for the KFC located next door. It is best to wait for a clear path and drive against the traffic to reach the restaurant. Despite this inconvenience, the food quality at this KFC is good.
The food was dry, stale, and had a terrible taste. It seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
