Bassano Italian - Bastrop

My husband is Italian, so he is very picky about his Italian food. After we were served soup and bread, he said we'll be back. Our meals were delicious. I could only eat about half of my dishes, so we had big leftovers. I wish I had got the cream of the potato soup, I ate most of my husband! My only complaint was the salad. It was ho hum, the salads at Olive Garden are more exciting.

Excellent Italian cuisine with a super friendly staff and authentic Italian offers, which must be manufactured almost from scratch. All we tried was really good and they have a pretty big menu that should most of all like.

We found this jewel of an Italian restaurant and loved it!! The staff was polite and attentive. I had the baked Ziti and it was delicious. It had so much taste. Hubby had the chicken armchair alfredo. The chicken was cooked for perfection and the Alfredo was delicious. One of our friends had the baked manicotti and she said it was absolutely delicious. Her nabeby had spaghetti with meat sauce. He said it burst with taste. All parts were big, so you're hungry when you go. A must visit place when you are in Bastrop.

Perfect for date nights. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Excellent food from bread to the main course. BEST RESTAURANT IN BASTOP!

The food was great!!! I wish the salad didn’t have as much stock in it as it did. There was so much food I think I could make three meals out of my plate alone. Now I will say for the shrimp Alfredo I just wished my shrimp would have been completely peeled. But it was so good and the shrimp were huge that it was worth burning my fingers! My husband had the lobster ravioli and I’ve never seen ravioli that big before. You can definitely tell it’s all fresh. And the restaurant it’s self is very clean and cozy.
