Baskin-robbins - Bay Shore

Theres a lady in there that has the worst attitude and has no manners !!!

The atmosphere was fantastic! I enjoyed a delicious hot cocoa while waiting for my daughter to pick me up. I found a cozy table where I felt relaxed and warm. The delightful aromas of pastries and coffee filled the air!

I took my daughters to this Baskin-Robbins, although we usually go to the one in Bohemia, which I now regret! This location actually charged me for sprinkles, which are free at every other Baskin-Robbins! I wouldn't have been as upset if it had been a reasonable charge, like 50 cents, but $1.30 for sprinkles is outrageous! This feels like price gouging at a time when we're all trying to make ends meet. When I went back to question the $2.60 charge, the cashier informed me that it was for two toppings. Toppings? He said it was clearly stated that sprinkles are $1.30 for toppings. When did sprinkles become toppings? The cashier was rude, and this overcharging is simply unacceptable! I will never return to this location, and I'm honestly disappointed with Baskin-Robbins. I should have stuck with Friendly's!

This is the cleanest Baskin Robbins I've found on Long Island. The ice cream here is consistently creamy and fresh, never old or off-tasting like at some other locations. I also appreciate that I can pay for my purchases using my Dunkin Donuts app.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The staff really knew how to make a delicious ice cream sundae, and to top it off, it was a two-for-one day! I went with my brother, who was craving ice cream, and I thought, why not? It turned out to be a fantastic choice. Plus, there was no wait time at all!
