Sarku Japan - Bay Shore

They don't check people's receipts when they dish out the food. Lotta bums in this mall. Had my plate get stolen because the guy in line in front of me took the opportunity to just take his AND mine and run.

I hate this Sarku somebody must can close your box. They just dish it out and leave it. This will be my last time here food not even that good

To say that stuff is not friendly is an overstatement. It was very disappointing. My bento box had few choices of sides on the menu but man taking the order was dismissive, did not want to hear any of this , just wave me off and gave white rice.Rest of the food in the box was not good and had wet old rug aftertaste. We both agreed we should walk off . This Mall and food court will probably close soon anyway so enjoy while you can...This is why I give 4 stars for Atmosphere

I ordered off doordash just last night around 4pm, At first i thought the food was good, till it was about 11:30pm at night where I started vomiting. I got a bento box. Idk what it could have been. The sushi or the chicken. Maybe even the dumpling. But it is confirmed I have food poisoning. I’ve been throwing up for hours! All day long. Can’t even drink or eat anything. With lots of abdominal pain. Be careful buying from this place.
