Qdoba Mexican Eats - Belleville

The personal here is very rude. that's all with this qdoba today when I ordered that the hired had a job. she threw my bowl on the counter and the lid was broken. she refused to give me a new lid and wasted my bowl in the car. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this qdoba. if something goes to shiloh or just go to chipotle. I promise you you'll have a better experience there.

The line in the drive thru was to long didn't get a chance to order anything so I left

I have put a fairly large order online to deliver to my workstation. the online tracker explained that the order was delivered, but that never arrived. I couldn't contact the driver because of a non-working phone number. I called the load and spoke to her manager julie. she came to door dash for me, researched the problem and was not happy with the attempt of a release. then she made our order and had one of her co-workers to deliver it to us. she went beyond and beyond what she had to do and made sure that many hungry health workers got her lunch. I couldn't appreciate her anymore. I hope it will be recognized for its exceptional customer service! many thanks, julie!

Smells amazing, clean environment, very friendly helpful polite people, they all reached to help get orders. smile and taste great.

I'll go to me if I want to fill up! have eaten here several times and never had a bad experience. food for a good price.
