And the noodles broke muddy when we brought them home. And Lemongrass chicken with vegetables, can not smell or taste the lemongrass so much. We wanted to like this place. We stay with Square Lotus or Pho Ever!!! These places are much better!
Very good pho-spot! I tried most in the area and nothing's right. Portion sizes are great for $14 and the meat quality is great! No fats of Brisket :
Consistent and my favorite local Pho. We've been here for years.
I've eaten here since I was a child in 2005. The place has changed a lot over the decade, several revisions. As a child, Pho was pho, now, I critique every bowl I eat, Pho is good, not great. 100% artificially flavored. Definitely edible, it was sweet and tasty, but real oxtail flavor is what the bomb would be. The layout is so genetically modified. It is too simple, has tradition and tries to make minimalism a new norm. I loved the layout in 2015. The new layout draws your typical rich Bellevue pampered children on their daddy and mommy money type of customers. 99% don't come back, just not my place. I'd make a bowl. All right. Could be better
Perfect hunger fix before we hit the gym. Got a vermicelli chicken salad and beef pho. Both were decent portions although docking one star for lack of flavor. If you?re hungry this is a place to order and know you?re leaving very full.
