Bathroom has been closed for week+ with no eta for reopening
They have the food that I paid for to someone else because they thought it was “up for grabs” with my mobile order
Been in twice now an hour before close and can’t get a hot coffee because they’re “cleaning” the machine.
This Starbucks was doing so good when I last came in to get a drink with a snack. Only now the services since New years Eve and today have been going downhill....
