They will literally let customers sitting in the lobby 30+ minutes keep waiting on mobile orders while pushing walk in customers to the front of the line. I asked if I should cancel my mobile order stand in line to cut down the already 40+ minute wait time and was told if you want to stand in line, just say your mobile order name and we 'll push it to the front of the others . Then stand in line for another 7-8 minutes finally get called ahead with your order is already being made . Finally get my order with no sorry or I appreciate your patience . How does a fast food restaurant operate this badly?? I 've worked fast food before in high school and college never had an average dinner rush ticket last more than 3-4 minutes. Inexcusable...

I asked if I should break my mobile order in the line to reduce the already 40 minutes waiting time and was told if they want to stand in the line, they simply tell their mobile order name and we will press it to the front of the others. then they are in tune for another 7-8 minutes finally called with their order is already made. Finally they receive my order without apologies or I guess their patient. How does a fast food restaurant work bad?
