Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI’m sorry i’m not this type of customer but the staff really tested my patience this morning. they didn’t accept the voucher i got from the hospital as an employee, saying they have a different system now which is understandable. i never buy from this kiosk, thought i would just make use of the voucher. but they got my order wrong, not only once, but twice. and the staff didn’t even apologize. no sense of accountability. would never buy from this kiosk again, no matter how “convenient” it can be.
Staff worker female is total snob at window on nite of 10/11saw me about make an order rite before ten slams window shut n after its shut has nerve to say they are closed this skinny girl with dark hair doesn't seem to value her job. She seems like total snob even hospital staff n security worker saw they were in shock n disgust at her behavior becuz they seen me in line couple min before closing even they were sayn she has issues!!!! Personally why I go to stockdale starbucks 5 star service only reason I went to Adventist because family member in hospital never again the three workers that nite don't value thier customers or job at Starbucks best advice go to another Starbucks thier attitudes are disrespectful n hve no class....
Drink was delish! Customer service HORRIBLE!!! Rude and not personal at all!! I don't even think anyone have any eye contact. The only reason I would come back is because the coffee was good and it's convenient since my husband is in the hospital.
