This DQ has the worst customer service, the employee has overcharged me for a meal supplement. My food was cold and the waiting time for my order was extremely long. When I repeatedly called back to report the error, the phone was out of service. When I came back to ask for a refund, the manager/owner refused. He just wanted to order food. The manager was very rude. Will not return to this facility.
Me and three friends ordered at the Drive-Thru Saturday night. All four orders were made correctly, the fries were hot/fresh and the shakes were delicious! Plus the service was AMAZING. The guy who took our order and cashed us out was extra friendly and he definitely went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was a great one- and it definitely was! We will all be back very soon!!! I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!!! ??UPDATE: I have visited this DQ 3 more times since my first review, and I have no complaints, however, on my third visit the gentleman working Drive Thru handed me the milkshakes I ordered without any whipped cream on them, and when I told him that they were missing whipped cream, he looked at me rather quizzically and asked Do you WANT whipped cream? Me: Yes, please. Don 't they come with whipped cream? He didn 't respond to my direct question but he did add whipped cream and the shakes, as well as the food, were delicious so I have no complaints.
Do not ruin English speaking intelligent mouth Indians. I wouldn't let my puppies eat here.
The MEAT WAS NOT cooked fresh but the THIN MINT BLIZZARD was fantastic!!!
