Yummy pizzas for less money. we loved it: we have the special offer 2 pizzas for the prices of 1 including free garlic bread.
I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my pizza. When it arrived it was cold and not edible. I find that a disgrace.
It took 20 minute for my order to leave the restaurant and 25 for it to get to my apt (260m from the restaurant) Highly disappointed.
The pizza is good, but unfortunately the restaurant is extremely unorganized. I ordered a pizza on uber eats and explicitly wrote that they should remove the pork topping. They delivered it 1 hour later with pork. I called again to have a new pizza delivered and was promised it would arrive 30-40 minutes later. I called when it did not, and was on the phone with an agitated employee who was unable to take the time to listen to me. He told me that no pizza had even been made yet/ nothing was on the way. He asked me if I myself could pick up the pizza, to which I said no. He then started shouting at me that he would personally make the pizza and deliver it himself and that he had no time to talk. I tried to explain to him that I would be leaving my house in less than an hour and that he should be honest if the pizza would come in this time frame or not because I would be leaving. He kept saying he had no time to talk, that he would express deliver the pizza and then he hung up. Not acceptable to talk to anyone in this way (which I made sure to tell him). Very poor customer service. Will not be ordering from Domino’s again. Sad that your pizza is good but your infrastructure is unable to support high order/delivery demand. While I do not excuse your employee’s behavior, he did sound genuinely stressed out. Hope you can create a better work environment for your employees in future.
