You must make the pilgrimage to the south face of the mountain for a beer at the Shedhorn. It's a bit of an adventure to get there, which is half of the fun. It's a bit hidden away- take the shedhorn lift, and take a left off the top. Easy to get to and from the top of the swift 6, making it easy to race back to catch a 4pm chairlift home. Staff are great, views are fantastic.
Great hidden mountain lunch spot. Filled up immediately at 11:30. They take credit cards.
This place is great. The polish sausage is amazing. Great beers... great scene on a sunny day. Staff were amazing. Highly recommend the stop if you're riding Shedhorn and Dakota. Even if you're not riding the back, make the trip!
My son and I got food poisoning from the chili at the Shedhorn Grill on February 17. I would avoid the chili.
