Dem Dam Burgers Biloxi, Ms

One of the most disappointing places I 've been. The food was already mediocre, but why on earth would they serve us HOT lemonade?????????????Not to mention the woman at the window was EXTREMELY rude, it was so bizarre. They wouldn 't let us get a word in, and they had a very get out of here attitude. It was so crazy to me overall, you 'd think the food would be better with the name. I hate trashing local businesses but WOW I hated it here, and hate is a strong word.

The customer service was terrible. It was our first time there and one of rhe girls at the window seemed annoyed by our presence. Lord forbid we had a question... the other girl was really sweet. When we got our food, the nachos, fries and wings were soggy... like the food was ready long before the served it to us.. the flavor was good, but hard to eat because everything was cold and soggy. I ordered at $15 box. 3 wings, hamburger and fries. The hamburger had a good flavor but it was so small... I was still hungry when we left. Very disappointed with the whole experience....

The hidden gem of Biloxi!My goodness!! I will come here every time I visit. I was skeptical because of the construction but I’m soooo glad we went! The burgers were delicious, moist, seasoned. The staff was extremely courteous. The surf and turf fries are a must have. The burgers are pretty big, so a half order is sufficient with a burger. The fried cheesecake was also yummy! Came here out of town with my bf, for my bday. this place was right behind our hotel, and it was late so we decided to try this. 10/10! One of my chickens was chewy, and undone but i just threw it out. Everything was delicious.. The loaded fries were so delicious. The prices were super affordable, definitely a HIT. next time I come to Biloxi I will go here lol just for a snack. The customer service was nice as well, they were cool girls. There’s not really any drinks to choose from lol, so we just got a drink from our hotel. I want to go back now and get some more lol :

Really enjoyed my meal from Dem Dam Burgers. I have to say it was probably the most flavorful food as well as bang for the buck meal I had while on my trip. I ordered the Fajita Fries and the Surf and Turf Fries. It was so delicious!!! I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.Food: 5/5
