birmingham has a few great restaurants, but chez lulu has been my previous night restaurant for years and probably my favorites in the city, just because of.
I love chez lulu! it is a fascinating French restaurant with charming torments! the food is delicious and there is never a lack of brot made next door.
the lighting and the decoration were very eclectic and we ended up running the whole restaurant to check it. we had a starter.
