Kfc - Birmingham

Awful. The food was very fat. The dining room wasn't in stock. Quality made much hope.

I listened to lunch when I got through, I went to the door, used the toilet room and left. Because the place smells so bad about spoiled chicken that I almost showed up before I could use the toilet room and get out. I'm sorry, but I've been at the food service for years and worked there on a KFC. Staff should ensure that a smell like this is preserved in one way or another. Did they cook that chicken that smells so bad? I expect a restaurant smells like the food she serves, not spoiled chicken.

I'd rather go to KFC than cook the chicken at home. It's always nice and hot, taste like your mom did and make the fixes go with it. ?

Rude. I said hi and was asked what I wanted. Then I was told no family meals. Food and change shoved out the window,change was dropped she shut the window and walked off. Food sucked Mac and cheese looked dried up scraped off bottom of pan. Biscuit hard as a rock. Pot pie crushed no chicken in it b at all. Won't go back to KFC ever
