Big Apple Bagels - Bismarck

Good food, but it suffers from the standard Bismarck problem: lack of staff. Sometimes there are only two people working and that means the tables in the dining area aren't cleaned up and attended to. Probably the best place in town to get muffins, though. They have a good selection.

I love Big Apple Bagels. My service is always good. The bagels and cream cheese are yummy. The breakfast sandwiches are phenominal. I would recommend them.

This place could get 4 5 stars if there was any decent customer service. The lady at the counter was obviously annoyed that we didn 't have the menu memorized, and that she had to answer a couple questions. Can I get a latte? No, we only have iced lattes ....um, ok. Got a cup of coffee oops, all out of regular, so I had to get some wierd flavor, and it was only luke warm. Asked for a toasted bagel and cream cheese, got a cold bagel. On the other side, the bagels (though not toasted) were good, the cream cheese flavors are great, and the place is clean. Get better service and we would come back.

The hours listed online are all wrong! Real Hours: Monday-Friday: 7am-6pm Saturday: 7am-4pm Sunday: 8am-2pm
