Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy partner and I had a delightful stay. Staff were friendly and accomadating and management went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (thank you for the gift! . Will definitely be returning here.
My recent experience at Cape hotel was full of racial discrimination. It became evident that the staff, in particular, displayed unwarranted hostility towards Arab guests while treating Turkish individuals favorably. This biased treatment, combined with abysmal service and aggression, created a deeply unpleasant experience. From the moment Arab guests approached the front desk, the staff's condescending attitude and subtle racist undertones were unmistakable. The disparity in treatment was disheartening and left me feeling disrespected and marginalized. The discrimination extended beyond the reception area. The housekeeping staff neglected the needs of Arab guests while attending to Turkish individuals with care and attention. In the hotel's dining facilities, Arab guests were given subpar treatment, assigned inferior tables, and subjected to the hostile behavior of the waitstaff. Such blatant differentiation based solely on ethnicity is reprehensible and should never be tolerated. Attempts to address my concerns with the management were met with dismissiveness and indifference. Their failure to address and rectify these discriminatory practices reflects a complete lack of integrity. Given my distressing experience, I strongly advise all Arab travelers to avoid Cape hotel. In addition to its abysmal service and aggressive staff, the hotel fosters an environment of racism and discrimination. Choose accommodations that uphold the principles of fairness and inclusivity to ensure a respectful and enjoyable stay.
If you are an Arab never come to this hotel. I have never had an experience as horrible as this in my entire life. The unbelievable amount of racism that my friends and i experienced today is extremely unacceptable. Due to some of my friends being Arab they kicked them out of the hotel saying they cannot have a room in the hotel, as two men sharing a room. Yet when i spoke to them in Turkish asking them for a room they said there is no such policy and i can have a room with no issue. One of the names of the racist staff is Erkan, please avoid him at all costs.
A Nightmare Experience My recent stay at cape bodrum was nothing short of a horrendous ordeal. I am compelled to share my abysmal experience in the hopes of sparing others from the anguish and frustration I endured. From the moment I arrived until the time I left, the hotel's service was abysmal, the staff was appallingly rude and aggressive, and it was an absolute nightmare. To begin with, the check-in process was a disorganized mess. The staff at the front desk seemed utterly disinterested in assisting me, as they were too busy chatting amongst themselves and giving me disdainful glances. Their lack of professionalism was evident as they snapped at me when I asked for clarifications or expressed concerns. It was as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. Once I finally reached my room, the nightmare continued. The room itself was shabby and unclean, with a pervasive odor that made it nearly unbearable. The beds were lumpy, and the sheets were wrinkled and stained. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had done the bare minimum, if anything at all. The hotel's restaurant was an absolute joke. The waitstaff was incredibly impolite and dismissive, treating patrons as if they were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The food quality was abysmal, with overcooked and tasteless dishes being served. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff responded with hostility, making it clear that they had no intention of rectifying the situation. Perhaps the most distressing aspect of my stay was the attitude and behavior of the hotel's management. When I tried to address my concerns with them, they were shockingly confrontational and outright aggressive. Instead of offering any solutions or attempting to rectify the issues, they berated me for having the audacity to complain. It was a complete and utter disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at cape bodrum to think twice. The abysmal service, rude and aggressive staff, and overall lack of professionalism make it a place to avoid at all costs. There are numerous other accommodations in the area that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a pleasant experience. Spare yourself the agony and look elsewhere for your stay.
The building itself is 5 stars, the pool is really nice and the view is great, however, in all honesty everything else is 1 star, if not 0. Especially the service from the front desk and guest relations. They don’t seem to have any experience. All the staff are people who are underaged, underpaid and inexperienced. They are not the permanent staff of this hotel. Buse and the so-called “supervisor” who’s name is Deniz started speaking badly about us on the phone to her colleagues and the car rental saying that what we needed (which was a car rental for 1 day) was “çok saçma” and rolling her eyes thinking that we don’t understand Turkish, even though we are originally Turkish. She’s extremely fake, unhelpful, and very rude. When we told her about anything she started calling her colleagues saying “bunlarla zorluk çekiyorum” meaning she finds it hard to solve our problems that the hotel themselves created. Even if it was a 3 stars hotel, speaking badly about guests in a different language is extremely improper and ruins the image of the hotel. What makes it even worse, when we told her we were gonna write a bad review, with all of her arrogance, she said yes of course and gave her name, they are not even keen to restore their lack of service. All of the reception is unhelpful as well, when we asked for extra sheets they rudely asked us what we need them for. And any time we ask for housekeeping it would take hours for them to come, if they came. However, the housekeepers are extremely kind and polite and deserve a raise especially Ebru and Suat, they are always keen to help. Dilara from breakfast and Can and Bora from the bar are also helpful and kind. The basins in the room are blocked and half of the channels don’t work on the TV, when we asked them for help they told us to go down to watch. The room service menu is very limited. We had to dial 1000 for every department and sometimes they wouldn’t answer. Breakfast area is nice food is good, but it’s full of flies on the buffet. Don’t be fooled by the name, it’s definitely not luxury, if you’re looking for luxury, Mandarin Oriental is the place.
