Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAbsolutely the worst BLT I ever had, which is sad because it a simple sandwich. My husband ordered me a BLT with extra well bacon. The tomatoes were old and mushy, equivalent to tomato purée, and the bacon was not well done. It was sloppy and notedible. I did not know the name of the deli to call and complain as my husband picked up the sandwich for me. when he asked methe following day if I would like another sandwich from the deli I told him the sandwich was absolutely terrible and he thencalled to speak to the manager. Well the manager was just as terrible as the sandwich, we explained that the sandwich was not upto par. Her response was that they cut there tomato?s fresh every morning and decided to put me in hold for 2 minutes for whatI?m not sure to return back saying we can credit you $3.50 where the sandwich was $8.50. My husband asked how did you come upwith number, she said we can meet half way. Unprofessional, not apologetic, but not looking to correct the issue. And $3.50 isnot half of 8.50. She took it personally because she said she made the sandwich. My husband said you can keep the 8.50 and wewill write a review of your service and she hung up the phone on us. Zero quality of service just like their mushy tomatoes thatsupposedly are cut fresh daily.
I ordered a BLT for my wife I said can I have the bacon well done I asked them if they used the microwave for well done bacon the person said yes I said can use the grill she said no problem. the next day I asked my wife do you want to go back to thesame place for lunch and she said the sandwich was not good we called back the foodie shack and told them about the sandwich Iasked for the manager the manager just so happened to make the sandwich I said the tomatoes were soft and the bacon was notcrunchy she said I made the sandwich the tomatoes were fresh and the bacon was well done I said the bacon was well done butstill wasn't crunchy she put us on hold and told us she could split the difference with the $83 sandwich and give us 350 off ournext purchase and set it just simply saying sorry didn't enjoy your sandwich let us try again
This review is from back when they were still associated with 'The Garage ' brand. I assume they cut ties because of their low quality. Since they rebranded the review is gone, so I am reposting it in order to warn people. I come here all the time--it 'sa quick drive from where I work and the food is pretty great. That said, I 'm afraid the service is just absolutely horrible. It 's usually very busy in there around rush hour--understandable, but the way they handle it is outrageous. On two separateoccasions, I 've asked for a panini, and they never get around to telling the 'guy on grill ' (he 's right there.. to make one.I 'm waiting twenty minutes before I mention I 'm waiting for my food, and they realize they haven 't even started making it. All Igot were a bunch of apologies, and a $5 gift card once. This latest time, I was ordering for myself and one other person(whogave me money , so i paid for their sandwich first, but had a soda in my hand. The lady at the register starts giving meattitude telling me I have to purchase it--or it stays there until I do. There 's a whole fridge full of them, and plenty ofpeople are holding drinks in their hands...so I decided not to get it, didn 't appreciate the attitude. You don 't treat acustomer like that. The food is good here, but the staff is absolutely horrible. I would suggest going to a different deli inthe area. There are plenty.
Customer service is terrible everyone is in a rush if your on line but someone they know is on line they skip over u to serve them they make you feel like ur bothering them in there and food is so so definitely wouldn't recommend
12 bucks for a microwaved sandwich, nice people but I got a chicken blt w Mayo and I watched the guy put it in the microwave for a minute. Very confused because if I wanted a soggy sandwich I'd go dumpster diving
