Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónUpon arriving at the restaurant, we had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated. I was a bit puzzled because groups of three were seated before us. However, we were informed that they needed to clear seats before we could be seated. Despite this, I remained patient, assuming it was because we had kids. Once we were seated, our server promptly greeted us and took our drink orders. Our drinks arrived quickly, and when we were asked if we were ready to order, we needed a bit more time. The server returned a couple of minutes later, giving us ample time to decide and place our order. The kids received crayons and enjoyed their meals. The pricing was just right for everything we ordered. Despite being short-staffed, the service was commendable. We had to flag down our server for refills, but she was busy and managing the limited staff, so we didn't mind. Our server was very friendly, and the staff who brought our food had a positive attitude that we appreciated. They even helped us with extra drinks, fry sauce, to-go containers, and a bag. Despite the busy and short-staffed circumstances, they did a great job. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal as everything was hot, fresh, and delicious.
The food at this restaurant was delicious and of high quality. I was impressed by the service, as the waiter was attentive, friendly, and respectful.
Salad was so good the avocobo salad. The burger was alright nothing special. Fast service even when we sat at the bar area. Got my free birthday burger any price!...the cheese sticks were so good!
I had one of my best experiences at Red Robin recently. I don't frequent RR often, maybe just once a year. Typically, my experiences are decent to good, but this time it was fantastic in every aspect. The staff was super friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that they charged over $3 extra just to substitute an Impossible Burger, which is why I didn't give them a 5-star rating.
Loved the service. Loved the wait staff and cooks. Middle finger held to the corporate and management that think running a restaurant on such a tight setup with short staff is worth running your employees to the ground in order to fill delivery and Uber Eats orders. For Pete's sake, prioritize and shut down deliveries and focus on dining instead of lining your pockets and destroying morale of your staff. You guys don't deserve the staff you have.
