Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Boonville

20 minutes in the drive through. Food was cold. Order was not what we ordered.

Kitchen was dirty and looked like mop heads cooking in the kitchen. (Two young boys with long hair hanging down) in their face.

Food order is usually right. The gravy can be like wall paper paste. Not always fresh, but hot.

You wait in a line for 9 minutes and all you’re looking forward to is the chicken with the gravy. The fries are always cold(but their chicken makes up for it). but, they don’t give you gravy. any other place would just give it to you. They had a big gravy order so. i switched to honey mustard cause, it sounded like they didn’t have gravy(they did) still got charged even tho it’s supposed to come to with chicken meal. She wasn’t even nice(the crew was just not a kinda older person).

Ended up waiting ABOUT 25-30 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD IN DRIVE THRU. We weren't in a big hurry so when they said they were having trouble with the Grill and some ppl were having to wait 20 minutes, we said okay we'd wait. But the food was good, when we got it, at least we had hot, good food. Hopefully, the Grill problem will be fixed soon. It would've done no good getting mad and yelling or cussing at the team members, wasn't their fault.
