A bijou little spot in Blackrock main street with a fine selection of food. Marred by poorly trained staff who apparently think it's OK to shout at customers and blame them for staff bring the wrong order! And manager also got defensive when this was brought to his attention. All in all I think they were trying and got it wrong in a moment of stress. Solution more training for staff and manager in customer service.to be fair to them And give customers a pleasant experience. Being a coffee lover, I love exploring new cafés. It’s such a beautiful small cafe but the staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers or even greet them.
