The guy is always gone somewhere. Ridiculous service and mostly out of flavours. Don't come here.

Arrived before 8:30 and both employees stated the hours on the kiosk were pre-covid hours and they don’t close at 9. Meaning they must close at 8 although hours on google and the sign state 9.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. First time being here and because of her service I will definitely be back. Ice cream was great and fulfilling. Thank you Ben and Jerry's!

Great service with a positive environment. Some people leave all these negative reviews and I don’t get it! Love the place! Keep it up

On a day when the temperature outside was 100 degrees packed with people wanting to cool off. Located in the food court and you can’t miss it. I always have vanilla but today tried the several flavors of coconut and it was delicious .
