Krystal - Bowling Green

It's a krystal but the food and service was good with a really clean location

It took nearly half an hour in the restaurant to get 2 meals. The chili cheese fries were greasy and cold. Definition of an awful experience. A homeless man was using the men 's room to bathe . Definitely needs improvement.

Food took forever, was hot however. I'm guessing 3 people were only working so I'm not going to be harsh! I hope they get more help soon! I will be going back sometime before the year is over!

There?s a manager there, on March 24th, 2022. I walked in the store 5 minutes before the lobby closed and was told that I couldn?t get my food to go. This is unacceptable. I?m already at the register to get my food, and it?s easier to leave and go to the drive thru rather than just take it out? Let alone, check your cameras around 8:00pm, you will see your manager LEAVE the store and follow my father to his personal vehicle. I will be contacting anyone in higher power rather than these power hungry low level employees. You will hear more from me soon.

Drive thru attendant was very rude! Definitely want come and spend another $25 Dollars. I'll spend it somewhere else! Update service was better but dining area closed about 3:30 or 4. No one said anything until one of the employees states the dining area would be closing in 3 minutes! Wow, I had a 2 year old and a 2 month old with me. I felt that wasn't right and it was rude. If it's that way times should be posted stating such a thing! Glad other's don't treat their customers like we were treated today!
