Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI had a great experience at Blackbird. The lasagna was outstanding and definitely deserves a five-star rating. However, the pizza and the dishes featuring radicchio could use a bit of enhancement. The menu primarily focuses on pizza, so it's a good idea to take a look at it before your visit. Although the limited selection often indicates that each dish is crafted with care, we found that some items were a bit lacking in this respect.
When our meal finally arrived, we were amazed by the quality. The bread was soft and chewy, with a subtle hint of wine flavor and a perfectly crisp crust. The pâté was moist and delicious, complemented by pickled vegetables that added a delightful touch. The chicken leg was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. The pizza, while slightly charred on the crust, emitted an incredible aroma and tasted fantastic, exemplifying what great food should be. We're already looking forward to returning to explore more dishes from their menu.
We ordered duck liver pâté, chicken leg confit, and a pepperoni pizza. The aroma in the restaurant was delightful, filled with the scents of roasted vegetables, meats, freshly baked bread, and herbs, making us forget about the cold winter night outside in Montana. The duck liver pâté was exceptional, with a moist yet non-greasy texture and a perfect blend of herbs, pickled red onion, and mustard seeds. The chicken and pizza were equally delicious, featuring crispy chicken skin and juicy meat, alongside a slightly charred crust on the pizza that enhanced its rich wheat flavor. We definitely indulged a bit too much and knew we’d be staying up late from all the delicious food. We will absolutely return to try more dishes from the menu.
This could be one of the best wood-fired pizzas I’ve ever had. The ingredients are simple but absolutely delicious. The pasta was also exceptional. I’m definitely going back tomorrow!
Great spot with a fantastic vibe! They serve tapas in small plates for sharing, which makes dining here enjoyable and the portion sizes are just right. However, it can get a bit pricey when ordering several plates. The ravioli was delicious, and the veggie pizza was fantastic. They also have good prices on beer and wine.
