Came in on a Sunday night and no reservations needed (and all day happy hour). We sat at the bar and could watch the bartenders make drinks. It is a Whiskey bar so the whiskey selection is extensive but I went with a Oaxaca old fashioned. Service is friendly, prompt, and the order food came out made sense. For ordering we got: Brussel Sprouts- perfectly crispy and a delicious balsamic/goat cheese sauce on top Bison Short Ribs- melt in your mouth meat piled high with cartelized onions-delish! Bison Meatloaf- flavorful and nicely paired with mashed potatoes and broccolini Overall, solid spot for dinner and drinks and we enjoyed our entire dinner experience here. They were out of the Chef's popovers so I'll have to come back to try those!
Hole in the wall. Classic Montana restaurant. Huge whiskey list. What I recommend: bison meatloaf really good, although I feel like they could have jazzed but the dish more, the meatloaf was good bison short rib my friend got this and loved it. I had a bite and it was really good. Waitress said it's the top menu item. Brussels sprouts very crispy with a nice sauce on top popovers MUST GET trust me. 4/5 try this spot out if going out with friends!
Our server Rachel was the best of the best!!!! 100/10 she made our experience so incredible in every way. Her recommendations were superb and we had a fantastic time. Love it!
Really good waitress. Was always refilling our water and seemed to know a good bit about whiskey
