Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTasta used to be good. Last week, my wife and I placed an order for delivery. It came in a timely manner. The cup of sour cream that came with an order had mold in it. We called Tasta and were told that they 'd need to see it before doing anything about it. Sure, that 's fine. They brought us a new cup of sour cream quickly. Tonight, we placed the same order as last week creatures of habit and it will be our last order from a class Bradford establishment. It arrived quickly and the driver was friendly as always. He even apologized again for the sour cream even though that wasn 't remotely his fault. My wife ordered mini tacos that have always come with sour cream and salsa every single time we have ordered it. It came with nothing, just the 2 cups of ranch that we ordered along with the other fried apps. I was annoyed at this point and called to speak with a manager. I was told that the sour cream and salsa are only provided when you order in house. Not for delivery or pickup. And that us receiving them in the past must have been a mistake. This was only mentioned after he tried to convince me that I was wrong and I only ordered the ranch cups. I commented on the fact that this is the second week in a row that our orders have been messed up and that the condiment policy hasn 't ever been a thing and wasn 't at all mentioned on the menu. He went on about cost and so forth. When I made a comment that the general quality has been going down and that after his responses, they have lost very long time customers (Bradford native), he responded with well this sounds like it 's about something a lot more than just condiments. I hung up at that point. I wasn 't expecting anything. I wanted it to be known to management that there were mistakes and I was greeted with a hostile attitude. I was even told that it 's expected that customers provide their own condiments when eating at home since when? There is no consistency to the food quality either. When I sat to eat my sub, I realized that I was apparently expected to provide my own condiments on the sub that I 've always ordered and that has always come with condiments. There was bologna, a slice of salami, half a bag of lettuce, so on, but no mayo, no oil, nothing of the sort. Much like Tasta, it went into the trash.
The food is really good but it is really overpriced. $75.00 for 2 half subs and 12 chicken wings, 1 whole sub, and an order of load french fies.
These prices are crazy expensive, the foods okay, but not for the money you spend
The salads have gone down hill bad. You ask for a supreme salad but you are lucky to get a few pieces of meat, a very little cheese and maybe a few pieces of tomato. I do not understand what happen to them. Black olives, and chickpea's, cucumbers and all that stuff that was put into the salads. Yes the price is good but the product has become poor. You don't actually get a salad. Would love to see a supreme salad actually be a supreme salad. Use to mean a little bit of everything. Like A supreme pizza is a bit of everything. That's what a supreme salad should also be.
I usually have a great experience and normally love the food. However, tonight we ordered subs and they were absolutely horrible! We ordered a whole turkey and a whole steak with mushrooms. No mushrooms or mayo on the steak. The turkey was supposed to be cold and have extra mayo and no onions. It was toasted, covered in onions and no mayo. Very disappointed
