Lovely ice cream but the food is far too overpriced for what it is. I’m happy to pay the prices but id expect the quality to match them. I wouldn’t even serve what I received to myself at home.
Oh dear. Over-priced, service best described miserable, have a minimum spend for card payments, ice cream display is too high for children to see and they are not allowed to stand on the ledge to look in. As we walked away to buy oce cream in Bingley, we heard another unhappy non-customer saying they would not return. That's two more customers you have lost.
This restaurant is overpriced. During our visit today, we ordered two 'premium milkshakes' at £5.50 each, as well as a flapjack. However, we were charged £18.95. When we questioned the staff about the high price, we were rudely informed that there were two scoops of ice cream in the milkshakes, which was not what we had ordered. While we understand there could have been a miscommunication, there was no need for the staff to respond so impolitely. Furthermore, the milkshakes did not taste premium at all. Overall, it was a waste of money.
We spent £22 on two sandwiches and two coffees. There was no option for bread type and the inexpensive white tea cakes were overly doughy. The coffee was also subpar. Despite the peaceful park setting, the loud music was overwhelming. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
