Every time I go to this store it looks like an absolute mess, the staff are wildly inattentive, and my food is always incorrect. Last time I tried to tell the staff that I didn't ask for hot salsa the person sighed very loud as if it was my fault the hot salsa was put on! When it was remade the person making my burrito bowl just then started slamming the serving spoons in the metal containers. When I went to pick up a card to the store manager to write about my experience the person at the cash register scoffed! I love chipotle and eat it all the time but this is absolutely the worst chipotle I've ever stepped foot in. When ordered delivery it easily takes over 1.5 hours. When I last ordered I was getting messages from the delivery person saying the food still had not been ready and they had been waiting 45 mins for it.
Hands down the worst Chipotle in the south shore. You can order your food for pickup at 5 and wait until 6:30pm with no order in sight. City of braintree needs to shut this location down for good. Overflowing with trash, soda area all filled with spills and trash. Understaffed. No one cares. Food is left out while there is a line out the door. They lock the doors once it gets busy, people start becoming angry and leaving. Your food is cold by the time you get it since it’s been left out. Employees are wiping their sweat and mopping the floors and then handling food again. The Chipotle app no matter how many times to let them know what’s going on, they don’t even try to fix the ongoing problems at this location. I hope they shut down for good because this is no way to run a business. I don’t trust the safety of the food at all and always drive to Hingham if I crave for chipotle. I have to say though, the staff here aren’t actually rude. Just overworked and don’t care. Unlike the North Quincy location where customers are an inconvenience.
Grant,Nina and Nate were very helpful during my time at the Braintree chipotle. They were so kind and helpful. Throughout the whole time I was here they were working diligently to serve me and make sure I was taken care of. We need more workers like these in the world. Please chipotle raise their pay because this is the best service I’ve had in a long time.
If I could give 0 stars or less, I would. Just left there, ordered two separate orders. The first one, it came all wrong, and with missing stuff that they did not want to make for us, even thought we told them that we already paid for it. The second ordered, we didn’t even receive. After asking then about, they “didn’t have it anymore”. One of them was super rude to us, and ignored us while we were talking to them, and started to talk to other people, pretending that we weren’t there. They were very rude to us, did not want to make our order. They were prioritizing people that just got there, instead of prioritizing people that ordered way before. Don’t recommend this place, at all. Go to any other chipotle.
Grant, Nina, Nate all worked very hard in making my chipotle experience a very positive one. They were very helpful, nice, and friend. Not only that, they are hardworking and represent Chipotle Braintree very well. We need more people like these three in the world. #raisetheirpay
