Go early , place justifiably gets V busy in the am's. Nice selection of meals from breakfast , brunch to lunch ... nicely prepared tasty. Doorway gets busy so sit further away if it's cool outside. Pleasant unrushed atmosphere, with efficient friendly staff. Pricing..mid to a little higher but it's worth it. Good quality portions to satisfy.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this bistro to anyone visiting Halstead. Don't miss out on this amazing experience!

I prefer to support local businesses over chains, but unfortunately, my recent experience at this restaurant was not very welcoming. The scone I ordered was undercooked, and overall, I left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. It seems like they may have a lot of regular customers and don't feel the need to make a strong effort to impress newcomers. When I paid, the staff didn't even inquire about my experience, giving off the impression that they weren't particularly concerned. They were too preoccupied with chatting amongst themselves, making me feel like I was intruding. This was just my opinion – perhaps it was just an off day for them.

We stopped by for a quick lunch. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Both my wife and I ordered sandwiches, and I also had a coffee. The service was efficient and our food was served promptly. Everything was delicious and seemed to be freshly made. The pricing was very fair considering the location and quality of the food. We would definitely return and will recommend this place to our friends for a good lunch spot.
