One of the best Chinese takeaways in the area, it came very quick too only downside is it came a bit too quickly and the chips and the pork dish seemed slightly undercooked

Cold, terrible uncooked food, I cant believe they are giving their drivers the food that isnt even cooked it was all raw. But what makes it worse is the one driver delivers to many at one time so the food is freezing cold unlike before....wow this place is taking the pee

Specifically asked for an addition to the dish online, called to check was OK and it was , and turned up basic, bland, really disappointed this week

It took two hours for the food to be delivered try to complain every time got cut off there was no apology for the lateness

Terrible Terrible customer service tonight. Ordered through just eat at 5.30pm to be delivered at 7.00pm. Just eat said had bern delivered but at 7.15pm nit order. Called Maresfield and was told next to go out. Called at 7.40pm and told oh you not had yet, it 's going out next other half said not happy and could we speak to manager. Ooo no.they are cooking but our food will be at lesst another 45 minute. Said we wanted to cancel. She said to do through just eat but as far as just eat are concerned we have had it. She said managed will call later to refund. I very much doubt that will happen. Will never order from Maresfield again. Lies after lies. I have worked in customer service and there wasn 't any here.
