Had I known the paddycake stack with three strips of bacon and two eggs would be worth my money, I might 've opted for the shortstack plate. I have NEVER seen pancakes this big and thick before, and the edges were crunchy! My life had been changed! lol Husband had Debbie 's Choice and it was sublime; the gravy has a secret ingredient that gave the gravy an almost floral uplift, like there were lavender honey in it. It was a notch above and we were too shy to ask the cook about it, since we might feel compelled to hug them. Feeders by the railings gave us visits from fairy-sized hummingbirds that danced around as we listened to the mountain tranquility in between cars passing on the highway like a swoosh. Their store also had some items I had never seen, like Dravite and the purple copper turquoise. Their stones/jewelry featured here are beautiful and priced for mountain convenience, not so much if you live in a competitive suburban market. But if nothing else, stop by and have a meal. We hope to come up one Saturday evening when they 're doing live music soon. The furnishings are beautiful, upscale rustic. I really can 't wait to come back!
Very friendly, we had a great lunch and let our son mine for treasure, he got a lot of awesome gems.
Amazing atmosphere and high quality food! We sat on the back deck which is beautiful. The server, Grace, made the experience even more special. It was also great to meet Cindy who prepared our delicious and extremely fresh food. Highly recommend the pork chop and the the Blue and Black steak. The okra was out of this world. Very impressed.
We were so blessed to find this hidden gem! The staff are very friendly and the food was delish!! We sat on the back porch and it was awesome! We watched the goats, a horse and a squirrel!
Up for a week doing some mountain biking and staying up the mountain from here. Great place for lunch and dinner. Eating at all local establishments. I?ve eaten here twice had the 1/4 pound burger and the chicken sandwich, both were great. Friendly staff. I will be back.
