Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered a pulled beef pizza with BBQ sauce and was disappointed to find only five small pieces of meat on it, despite paying extra for additional meat. At £19.50, it was quite expensive.
I placed an order through their app and opted for their new vegan cheese. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from the Hove branch informing me that they were out of vegan cheese and could make my order without it. They did not offer an alternative or adjustment in price. I was told that the app would still process my payment even if the items were not available. When I requested to speak to a manager, I was informed that he was not present and was asked to find the branch's phone number myself. The employee also used his personal mobile phone to contact me, raising concerns about GDPR. I urge someone from Pizza Hut customer service or head office to contact me regarding order number #6662654574.
Place was well kept, was a quick and easy collection process on getting the pizza and staff were decent and kind as well and easy to talk to
Ordered 6 pizzas on line and various sides. Only half the order arrived. I hung on for half an hour. No answer on the phone. In the end I had to go there myself to complain. Eventually they remade the full order and I delivered it to the party but the party was spoilt as everyone was waiting 1hr and 30mins Absolutely disorganised in the shop. AVOID
The service and food at this restaurant are terrible. It seems like their main focus is on fulfilling orders for delivery apps, leaving in-house customers waiting for a long time. Take this as a warning before you decide to dine here.
