Ordering is by a tablet that makes it easy to order continuously throughout the entire order without having to call via a waitress. br/>Overall would definitely visit a great experience again!
My buddy and I went to lunch during the week and were very impressed. they have the conveyor belt of the joy I immediately used to khow on any edamame! the train was quite empty because I think fresh there is quite popular the chefs were like ninjas* I had a garnkatsu mini rolls as well as some thunfisch mini rolls and a lychee aloe vera drink to complete the experience. OOOISHIIII!!!!!!ËËËËËËËËËËËËËËËËËËËËËË!!! br disclaimer: köche
Well, ignored more than refused really...i sat down not knowing if you were supposed to take from the train, i assumed so....but there was a tablet like ordering thing so thought you had to order through that. Eventually I found a button to summon a staff member ... 10 mins later I walked out...and went to get something to eat elsewhere. Also I could not see where any plates on the wall indicating cost per colour plate.
I really wanted to like this place. The service and food however wasn’t very good. I ordered a cucumber roll, salad roll, vegetable dumplings and miso soup. It came to around 13.50. I am someone with a reasonable appetite, and I was upset about the amount of food I got from my order. The dumplings were ok I got 3, good amount for $3.80) but for 2.50 they gave me less than a cup of miso soup they half filled the small container. The sushi was extremely disappointing. $3.80 each for a mouthful of sushi I could literally fit the 4 coin sized pieces in my mouth and still have room. As Me and my friend were about to leave I asked if there was soy, wasabi and ginger in the bag. She said yes but the ginger was an extra 50cents. No big deal, got home and found out there was no wasabi or soy. PLAIN SUSHI. I want to also mention my friend ordered pork dumplings amongst other things and they charged her for it but forgot to include it in her order. Bad service, super small expensive food.
Found a bone in my food, I told staff and they did not care at all they even quickly took the plate so I couldn’t take a photo (even though I already had) disgusting service
