I don't know why I didn't try this kind of thing earlier. the aromene were balanced together with the meat and veg ratio in the classical meat pho. also the king prawn summer role, which was beautiful, but only something lacked him. Maybe some comminuted eddies would give him some contrasting texture. beautiful atmosphere and nice staff. in any case it will go again.
Thus was my first visit and I hope not my last. All the ingredients seemed to be very fresh. The cooking was good as well. The taste buds enjoyed the flavours to the full. Well worth a visit if you are in Bristol.
Very homely. The Viet Kitchen is the place to visit for good tasty Vietnamese delicacy.
Delicious, plenty of care has gone into this food. We will be back.
The pho and spring rolls were so good. The broth was so rich and could tell it's not only from MSG, but using real bone broth. It literally reminds me of the good food I had in Vietnam. Highly recommend this place!
