Die Kueche - Brno

I ordered a strange version of pho with roasted carrots last night. It didn't look like pho, more like braised meat, and the staff was a bit rude. However, the goulash and dumplings I had today were excellent, and the waitress was friendly. I also want to mention the shop that sells plates, as they have a unique collection of modern dishes. I visited in the morning and they even helped me find the right ones.

They have a different menu item every day, which is a good concept! it is also a culture/concert/vinyl place, so it has good moods everywhere. really nice staff also! updated by previous review on 2022-11-26

I had the weekly special that was a sushi burger. it was very kreatiw with rice balls and Japanese inspired taste with the vegetables. Nevertheless, the whole meal was missing something. something like tofu, tempo or since then for example. Moreover, it did not say that the dish was even spicy, but it contained some crazy spicy Wasabi sauce that was not even mentioned in the menu. Again I reward the creativity, and the court was not bad. I had a tweeper soup for the starter, which was decent. they have good beer and a very cool mood!

We had burger and svickovou omacku, both very tasty!
