Good coffee and plenty of good choices for breakfast. Very little sitting area but there is a patio in the back:
Little seating indoors, so when there's a wait it's best to get to-go (but you might snag a spot in the back).
Great cafe with excellent breakfast and snack choices, wonderful staff and seating indoor and out
