Kaigo Coffee Room - Broad Channel

Good coffee and pastry. Coffee has some sendiment. So it would be nice to have a better filtering. The service is bad. We were there 40 minutes before closing. We bought our coffees and pastry and wanted to eat inside. They said we cannot sit down as dining area is closed. The dining area is basically open space before the bar. So we chose to stand by the table. At some point a worker came over and tried to kick us out citing they had to clean up. One of the people in our party was an elderly man. This was very disrespectful. If business is still open, people should be able to sit down. Very bad business model. Wish they would train their staff better.

Absolutely recommend. I'm from New Zealand so pretty particular about my coffee but had a perfect Flat White here. Friendly service from the girl at the counter and I really enjoyed the vibe in this spot with the view etcIf I lived in the area, this would absolutely be my new morning coffee spot but I will have to settle for popping in whenever I'm back in the area ?Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Panini.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free and Vegan options

The best coffee with the best views. The staff is always friendly and will help with any questions if you ask.

The paninis are well portioned and made inhouse. The smoothies are refreshing and the staff is very helpful.

This is the best coffee spot in the most amazing location in brooklyn! The cold brew shake is sooo good! The staff is also so friendly. Love this place
